Partners in Parking (PiP) is an association of a number of London councils and Transport for London.

Our aim is to make it easier for local parking authorities to work together and benefit from the savings which can be made through sharing resources and harmonising the way we work. 

This includes reducing costs through joint procurement and increased buying power, as well as identifying common ground in operational and service design to help establish best practice and provide a more consistent customer experience across borough boundaries.
